Huangshan BANQIU Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in 2008 with a registered capital of 5 million. We are a spark plug manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales. With excellent product quality and excellent service, our company has developed rapidly in recent years, and our production scale has been expanding continuously. At present, our firm can provide more than 1000 models of spark plugs in 12 categories, such as motorcycle spark plugs, automobile spark plugs, natural gas spark plugs, industrial spark plugs, platinum spark plugs, iridium spark plugs, multi-side electrode spark plugs, V-groove center electrode spark plugs, surface jumping spark plugs and protruding spark plugs.

Factory area

20000+ square meters. In July 2014, invested 5 million yuan in Anhui Huangshan High-tech Development Zone to build a modern factory building covering an area of 20 acres.

We have our own design team and technical team, we have high level R&D capacity. Our factory can produce more than 68 million pieces of high-quality spark plugs annually.

2008

Company Establishment

In 2008, Huangshan BANQIU Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Hangzhou BANQIU) was formally established, focusing on the R&D and production of spark plugs. Since its inception, the company has been determined to improve the technical level of spark plugs, especially in terms of durability and high performance, aiming to provide high-quality auto parts to global customers.

2010-2015

Technological breakthroughs and patents

In 2010, the company increased its R&D investment, continued to promote product technology innovation, and successfully developed a series of spark plug products with greater market competitiveness, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
In 2015, the company successfully obtained the first "resistor" new technology patent in the domestic spark plug industry. The acquisition of this patented technology not only brings technical advantages to the company, but also enables BANQIU Spark Plug to form a clear differentiated competitive advantage in the industry, further enhancing the brand influence.

2016-2020

Production Capacity and Quality Management

From 2016 to 2020, the company continued to expand its production scale, comprehensively upgraded its production equipment, and gradually realized full automation of its production lines. By optimizing the process and improving management level, BANQIU's annual production capacity has increased significantly from several million pieces to 68 million pieces, covering a variety of high-quality spark plugs for automobiles, motorcycles, small engines, gasoline turbines, etc.
During this period, BANQIU not only passed the IATF16949 quality management system certification, but also successfully established and improved a strict quality control system to ensure product stability and high quality.

2018-2020

Overseas market expansion

From 2018 to 2020, the company stepped up its efforts to implement its internationalization strategy and began to actively explore overseas markets. It has established the most complete pre-sales & after-sales service system in the industry, and provides comprehensive OEM, ODM and OBM services to provide more professional and efficient technical support and product solutions for global customers.
With the gradual expansion of brand influence, in 2020, BANQIU further enhanced the brand's recognition in the international market and appeared in many international exhibitions, showcasing advanced technologies and products. 2021-2022

E-commerce and Innovation

In 2021, the company followed the development of the times, established an e-commerce department, officially launched the Internet marketing of the BANQIU brand, and began to enter the online market.

In 2022, the BANQIU brand made significant breakthroughs in online sales, becoming the No. 1 in sales in the entire network category, and successfully created the only black label brand in the spark plug industry, truly becoming a household name in the spark plug brand, further consolidating its leadership in the industry.
