(1) Check whether the choke valve is fully open and open and close flexibly; whether the oil level is too high, and adjust item by item according to the specification.
(2) If the fault is in the oil circuit of the carburetor, rotate the adjustment needle of the main metering hole inward for a little test, slowly screw in the oil needle to see if the situation is better, and see if the main nozzle is flowing out from the carburetor. Otherwise, the oil level is too high; check whether the fuel-saving valve and pneumatic device are not closed tightly or fail, and eliminate it if necessary.
(3) If oil leakage is found at the liner of the float chamber, it means that the oil level in the float chamber is too high and the oil overflows. Use a wooden screwdriver to lightly tap the vicinity of the triangular needle valve of the carburetor cover. If the oil leakage disappears, it means that the triangular needle is dirty. If the material is stuck, it should be removed and disassembled to check whether the needle valve is sealed, and if necessary, remove it and grind it for repair.
(4) When the vehicle is started in a cold car at low temperature, the viscosity of the lubricating oil in the machine is high, which increases the rotation resistance of the crankshaft; the battery terminal voltage is low, which affects the starting torque and flashover energy. In addition, too much fuel "drowns" easily leads to difficulty in starting the vehicle , must arouse the driver's attention.
