The Main Causes Of Failures That Generate Too Much Fuel

(1) Improper operation:
When the engine equipped with a manual or semi-automatic choke is cold started, the driver pulls the choke button to close it by hand, and then slowly pushes the button back after starting until the end of the warm-up to fully open the choke. However, in actual operation, the pedal continuously steps on the accelerator, and sometimes forgets to push back the choke valve, which causes a large amount of fuel to be sucked into the cylinder, causing the engine to "drown" and make it difficult to start.
(2) Improper speed regulation:
For an engine equipped with an automatic choke valve, although the choke valve has the function of automatically opening and closing when starting, if the fast idle speed or the linkage valve is not adjusted properly, the mixture will be too rich, causing the engine to "drown".
(3) The oil level in the float chamber is too high:
The oil inlet needle valve is stuck, closed tightly or improperly adjusted, and the oil level is too high, causing "drowning" due to fuel overflowing from the main nozzle; there is also a sudden stop when the throttle is fully open and the engine temperature is too high, causing the float Fuel boiling in the chamber and flowing into the intake pipe can also cause "drowning".
(4) The air filter element is seriously dirty:
The accumulation of impurities is too much, the filter hole is blocked, the air entry is blocked, the air volume is reduced, and the mixing ratio between gasoline and air is affected.
