(1) Pull off the high-voltage wire connector gently. Do not shake the spark plug insulator forcefully during operation, otherwise the sealing performance of the spark plug will be damaged.
(2) The engine can be removed after cooling. After loosening the spark plug to be removed, use a thin hose to blow the dirt around the spark plug one by one to prevent the dirt from falling into the combustion chamber after the spark plug is turned out.
(3) The surrounding of the screw, spark plug electrode and sealing gasket must be kept clean, dry and free of oil stain, otherwise it will cause electric leakage, gas leakage, spark weakening and other faults.
(4) During installation, first align the spark plug with the screw hole with the sleeve, screw it in gently by hand, screw it to about 1/2 of the total length of the thread, and then tighten it with the force lever. If the hand feeling is not smooth when screwing, it is necessary to exit and check whether there are impurities in the alignment screw or thread. It is not allowed to tighten it blindly to avoid damaging the screw hole and damaging the cylinder head, especially the aluminum alloy cylinder head.
(5) It should be tightened according to the required torque. Too loose will cause air leakage. Too tight will make the sealing gasket lose its elasticity, which will also cause air leakage. Since the conical seat spark plug does not use a gasket, it is particularly important to observe the tightening torque.
